THE LEGEND OF URASHIMA TARO

     Long, long ago in a faraway village by the sea, a young fisherman named Urashima Taro lived a modest life with his old mother. One fall, the sea was rough day after and Urashima Taro was unable fish. Earl one morning he went down to the shore and watched the choppy sea. He suddenly noticed two boys close to him, teasing and hitting a turtle with heavy sticks.

Boy 1 : “Hey come on, what are you doing in here?” (speaking with the turtle)

Boy 2 : “Ya ya you can see. He is very ugly turtle, not has a charm shell” (touch the shell turtle with heavy sticks)

The Turtle : “Please two of you guys don’t disturb me. I just want to come back to the sea”

Boy 2 : “Ha? What you said? No like that i just want to playing with you the ugly turtle” (teasing the turtle with the sticks)

Boy 1 : “Do you think two of us is bad people who always disturb whoever? (laughing) the answer is no. We just teasing you the ugly”

Boy 2 : “I think we are very kind with him. How us to making the shell be a good or nice shell? We can use this sticks”

The Turtle : “I am so sorry if I can have a some mistake with you. But don’t do anything with my shell”

Boy 1 : “Ah good idea. Okay i think i ready to make your shell be a nice now” (hitting the shell with slowly)

The Turtle : “No, don’t do that. You make me hurt” (the turtle was cry)

Boy 2 : “Ah like playing a tortoise game, how?”

Boy 1 : “Bingo! Ok let’s play”

While a time UrashimaTaro came to the boys 

Urashima Taro : “Hey stop! Don’t playing again!”   

Two of the boys just quaite and to throw away the sticks

Urashima Taro : “How dare you hurt a animal like that?”

shouted Urashima Taro, chasing the boys away. And the turtle go back the sea with not the fell worry again

            The next day Urashima Taro went to the shore again and saw the turtle’s head poking out from the waves.

The Turtle : “Are you the people who helped me yesterday? Ah that’s right. I owe you my life!” (as it came out of the sea to meet Urashima Taro)

The Turtle : “As a token of my thanks, I would like to take you to the Dragon Palace.”

Urashima Taro thought this was a splendid idea, but felt that he could not leave his old mother alone at home.

Urashima Taro : “But i cann’t leave my mother alone”

The Turtle : “ We won’t be along,”

Assured the turtle, so Urashima Taro accept the invitation and follow the turtle. Gilding along, they neared a castle, glittering with gold and silver. From it emerged a charming, beautifully dressed princess, accompanied by her ladies-in-waiting and a host of fish. She took Urashima Taro into the palace, where an exquisite banquet was spread out for him.

The Dayang : “Welcome in my castle Urashima Taro”

Urashima Taro : “Oh thank you. But who are you?”

The Dayang : “I am dayang Yasmin. You can meet the queen”

Urashima Taro : “Where the queen now. I don’t know about her”

The Dayang : “Just follow me, Taro”

Urashima Taro following on behind her

The Dayang : “Excuse me, queen”

Queen : “Yes, what’s happen?”

The Dayang : “You have the guess today. He is Urashima Taro”

Queen : “Okay you can go now, dayang yasmin”

Dayang Yasmin was go and leaving two of them

Queen : “Welcome on my castle Urashima Taro”

Urashima Taro : “Thank you but who are you?”

Queen : “Let me introduce myself. I am the queen in here”

Urashima Taro : “Oh nice to meet you, queen”

Queen : “I wanna say thank you so much for you to helping my turtle yesterday. So, i let me give everything for you from now”

Urashima Taro : “It’s okay. You’re welcome queen”

Queen : “Let’s go to lunch now”

            While dining endlessy on delicacies and drinking fine wine, he was entertained with gorgeous music and dancing beauties and fish. Urashima Taro was spellbound. Before he knew it, three whole years had passed.

Urashima Taro : “I’m sorry, I must to go back to my home, because i worry with my mother. Thank you for everyting”

Queen : “It’s okay, no problem. But, please accept this box and open it at land”

Urashima Taro : “Okay. Thank you so much”

Urashima Taro leaving the castle with the tartle. And they are to arrive the land, then a turtle go to come back again to castle. He was opened a box and to appear a steam and changed Taro be a old boy.

Urashima Taro : “(shocked) Where my house? Where my mother? Where the other people of  village.

Any one person look at the Urashima Taro and he was near Urashima Taro

The Boy : “Are you Urashima Taro?”

Urashima Taro : “Yes, i am. Do you know, where my house and my mother now?”

The Boy : “Your mother was passed away”

Finally, Taro leaving the land and stay to the castle just for 3 years but on the land he was leaving the land for 700 years.
